Detailed Job Description
Designing, developing and
maintaining member correspondence using HBF's correspondence management
system
Translating business
requirements into effective correspondence solutions
Building and updating
correspondence templates, layouts and business rules
Supporting projects,
enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the correspondence platform
Monitoring, investigating and
resolving production issues within agreed service levels
Preparing test plans, executing
testing and managing defects through to resolution
Maintaining documentation and
ensuring governance standards and best practices are followed
Collaborating with internal
stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors
Contributing
to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member and user
experience
