The Opportunity

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, the team is looking for an experiencedSenior Project Managerwho can take ownership of complex projects while stepping into a leadership role, mentoring and developing a team of junior and mid-level Project Managers.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who enjoys being hands‐on but is equally passionate about sharing their knowledge, developing others and helping build a high-performing team.

The Role
This is a hands‐on leadership opportunity, initially combining approximately70% project delivery with 30% team leadership and development, with the potential to take on greater leadership responsibilities over time.
Lead and deliver multiple complex projects ranging from $300K to $3M+
Mentor, coach and develop a team of junior and mid-level Project Managers
Share your expertise, introduce best practices and help others develop their project management capabilities
Drive accountability, improve processes and ensure project deliverables are achieved
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
Manage stakeholder communication across clients, internal teams and suppliers
Coordinate resources, subcontractors and project timelines
Attend site visits as required (primarily VIC, with some interstate travel)
Monitor budgets, oversee project billing and drive robust commercial outcomes
Work closely with senior leadership to continually improve team performance and project delivery
About You
5–8+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally operating at a senior level




Proven experience managing complex projects valued at $300K+
Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching or leading other Project Managers
A natural leader who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others
Comfortable balancing hands‐on project delivery with team leadership responsibilities
Strong stakeholder and client management capability
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, billing and project outcomes
Confident communicator who can take ownership, hold others accountable and drive delivery
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills
Highly regarded:
Experience in electronic security or technical project environments
Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, telecommunications or systems-based projects
Experience delivering complex or large-scale projects
Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Lead or Team Leader
