Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Chef to lead and mentor a small kitchen team at RAAF Base Glenbrook.
The role focuses on high-standard food safety, menu execution, and effective operations to support Defence dining needs.
You will oversee HACCP compliance, mentor staff, and manage prep for daily meals and events, while coordinating with FOH and site teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering growth and a structured roster with most evenings finishing by 8pm.
