Production Operator - Ice Cream Manufacturing
We are a family owned local business.
This is a permanent full-time role, 5 days, Monday-to-Saturday.
You'll be trained across the production operation—from packing, filling and cleaning through to operating filling machines and continuous ice cream churns.Cleaning and sanitation are an key part of food manufacturingand a significant part of this role.
Key responsibilities
Operate filling and production equipment
Operate continuous ice cream churning equipment
Set up equipment and assist with changeovers
Complete production and quality records
Dismantle, clean and sanitise equipment
Assist across the production floor wherever needed
Pack and finish ice cream products
About you

Keen to learn how to operate machinery
Dedicated to cleaning equipment as well as operating equipment
Can follow recipes, instructions and procedures accurately
Can take feedback well and willing to improve
Is motivated to reach production targets
Experience in ice cream, bakery or pastry field is preferred
