Property Manager – Willetton | With or Without Experience

Salary:$55,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
About the role
You'll look after a portfolio of residential rental properties and be the link between landlords, tenants and contractors.
Your day-to-day will include:
Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
Securing tenants and managing leasing
Carrying out routine inspections and condition reports
Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
Building positive relationships with tenants,



landlords and suppliers
Handling day-to-day queries and resolving issues quickly
About you
Friendly, professional and customer-service focused
Solid communication and presentation skills
Good time management and organisation, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hold a driver's license
Property management is a plus, but not required
Ability to speak Mandarin is highly regarded
