About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiasticCustomer Service Representativeto join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, for a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries.
Monitoring and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Contacting customers regarding their online orders, providing updates and resolving order-related queries.
Assisting with general customer service enquiries and providing friendly, helpful support.
Liaising with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
Maintaining accurate customer and order information.




About You
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Confidence using computers, email and online systems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service, administration, retail or online order processing experience will be highly regarded.
