Accor offers a full time Commis Chef position at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park.
You will assist with all food production across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, banquets and buffets, while upholding HACCP standards and a clean, efficient kitchen.
You will work under the Executive Chef with a focus on teamwork, high-quality food production, and timely service, including support for special requests and rotating rosters.
An essential Food Safety Certificate is required.
