HammondCare, delivering Dementia Support Australia (DSA), is seeking a Dementia Consultant for the HACDSP program based in Hervey Bay.
You will apply biopsychosocial approaches to support people living with dementia and their care networks, implementing practical non-pharmacological strategies to improve life quality.
This is a fixed-term engagement through June ****.
You will work across diverse care settings, collaborate with clinical staff and families, and contribute to research and program
