Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor/master's degree in computer science information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration
Solid experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM and HRSD
Proven experience working with CMDB and enterprise data models.
Experience working across the full SDLC Lifecycle
Strond documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (essential)
ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required)
