We're seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Audiology Professional to joinSpecsavers Goulburn and Gungahlinon afixed-term contract concluding in January ****.
This full-time position operates Monday to Friday and offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills, confidence and business acumen needed to pursue a future Partnership opportunity.
About the Role
As an Acting Audiology Partner, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of two established clinics while experiencing the responsibilities, autonomy and rewards of the Specsavers Partnership model.
This role is ideal for an experienced audiology qualified interested in exploring business ownership and Partnership, while benefiting from the support, structure and financial security of an employed role.
You'll gain first-hand exposure to the commercial, operational and leadership aspects of running a Specsavers business and build valuable experience that can support future Partnership opportunities.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Have:
A Qualified Practitioner (QP) number and full membership with one of the following professional bodies:Audiology Australia (AudA)
Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia (HASA)
Australian College of Audiology (ACAud)
A minimum of two years' post-QP clinical experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships
A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence positive business outcomes
A genuine passion for clinical excellence, customer care and shaping the future of the audiology industry
