Key responsibilities
Be familiar with company food safety & quality policy, food safety & quality objectives, quality procedures and work instructions
Ensure that hygienic practices, personnel hygiene and GMP requirements are adhered to at all times
Repacking bulk products and retail products
Complete quality system records related with production operations
Set up equipment for production according to the procedure; ensure that surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before starting
Complete cleaning and sanitation procedures and schedules as directed
Produce and monitor process according to the procedure
Operate plant equipment and machinery in an efficient, hygienic and secure manner
Report any production problems to the Production Manager
Place any suspected non-conforming materials or products on hold and report immediately to the Production Manager for further assessment
Fill in for driver run when drivers are away
