About the Position
Reporting to the Managing Director, Oceania, the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for procurement, purchasing, inventory planning and supply chain activities across the Australian business.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with day-to-day execution.
You will play an active role in managing supplier relationships, sourcing activities, purchasing, inventory planning and supply continuity while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.
A key focus of the role will be the management of green coffee spend, the organisation's largest and most strategic procurement category, alongside a broader portfolio of enterprise spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies across key spend areas
Lead supplier negotiations and manage supplier relationships locally and internationally
Oversee purchasing, inventory planning and inbound supply activities to ensure materials availability and support production requirements
Monitor commodity markets, pricing movements, freight trends and supply risks




Ensure continuity of supply and strong alignment across procurement, operations, sales and finance
Provide commercial input into budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities
Partner with global procurement stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and leverage group capability
Support ongoing business improvement and transformation initiatives
About You
You are a commercially minded procurement and supply chain professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace, you build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver results.
You will bring:
Experience leading procurement and supply chain activities within a hands-on operational environment
Experience within FMCG, food and beverage manufacturing, agribusiness or another commodity-driven environment
Strong supplier management, negotiation and commercial capability
Experience managing international suppliers and global supply chains
Strong analytical, financial and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Experience within the coffee industry or exposure to green coffee procurement will be highly regarded.
