Primary Connect, part of Woolworths Group, Brisbane, seeks an Injury Care Partner to guide team members through recovery and deliver best-practice injury management and return-to-work strategies.
You will own a portfolio and caseload including early intervention and workers' compensation claims.
You will partner with Line Leaders, a TPA and health professionals to drive RTW plans, support stakeholders, and ensure legislative compliance.
Hybrid working is available.
