About the role
We're looking for STRONG Instructors who have a passion for the fitness industry, Pilates, and motivating others. You'll be a true leader in the studio - an individual who not only leads classes but inspires and empowers others to reach their full potential.
All successful instructors will be required to complete our STRONG Academy - a two-week training program where you'll learn the STRONG Pilates method, develop your coaching skills,



and prepare to deliver the SOLID experience to our community.
About you
We're looking for instructors who:
Have a minimum of 6 months of group fitness teaching experience
Certificate in Group Fitness (Cert III/IV, Pilates, Lagree, Dance, Cycle, or similar; higher qualifications highly regarded)
Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate
A passion for fitness, Pilates, and motivating others to reach their goals
Are a strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
Availability to attend STRONG Academy on
November 6-8
and
