Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a well-managed portfolio, a supportive team and a better work-life balance?
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a highly regarded, established real estate agency in Brisbane's beautiful Bayside area.
Offering a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, no leasing responsibilities and Monday to Friday hours, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager seeking stability, autonomy and long-term career growth.
You will be joining a team-oriented team with excellent systems, experienced leadership and a strong local reputation.
The Role:
You will take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, predominantly located in the Manly area.
The portfolio is being redistributed from an existing team member who will remain within the business, ensuring a smooth handover and plenty of ongoing support.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of approximately 150 residential properties
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance,
repairs and contractors
Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit reports
Managing lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
Ensuring compliance with QLD tenancy legislation
Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
