SA Health's Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join Elmhaven Aged Care in Streaky Bay as Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
You will provide clinical leadership and oversee high‐quality, person‐centred care to residents.
This permanent full‐time role operates on a 7‐day roster with opportunities to influence care plans, mentor staff and contribute to service development in a regional coastal community on South Australia's west coast.
