Estia Health in Australia is seeking dedicated Care Workers to join our aged care homes.
You may be rostered in traditional Care Worker shifts or blended Care and Nutrition shifts, with the pay rate identical for both roles.
You'll support residents with daily activities, meals, treatments, and dignity, while maintaining privacy and solid documentation.
A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred, and prior caregiving experience is desirable.
