KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete project work as directed by the Senior Underground Geologist
Supervise, mentor and support junior geology staff
Ensure accurate collection and reporting of geological data
Undertake grade control and resource definition sampling
Monitor and report daily ore production data
Assist with weekly and monthly development and production forecasts
Complete end-of-month reconciliation and reporting
Conduct accurate wall and backs mapping
Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Geology or related discipline
Minimum 3 years underground mining experience
WA Manual Driver's License
Ability to mentor junior geologists and supervise small teams




Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Datashed, MPX, LogChief and Surpac
Ability to work independently and build positive working relationships
