Are you an experienced Dental Hygienist looking for a Saturday opportunity within a supportive, multidisciplinary dental team?
National Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team at NDC Mawson Lakes in South Australia.
This is an opportunity to work Saturdays in a seven-chair practice alongside experienced dentists, an Oral Health Therapist and a periodontist.
You'll have access to up-to-date dental technology and the support of a collaborative clinical team, with a competitive hourly rate based on your experience and scope of practice.
What you'll be doing
Provide preventive care to support patients' long-term oral health.
Perform professional dental hygiene treatments within your scope of practice.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and effective home care practices.
Support the management of periodontal conditions and ongoing maintenance.
Work collaboratively with dentists, the Oral Health Therapist and periodontist to support coordinated patient care.
Build positive patient relationships and contribute to a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
About you
Holds a relevant qualification in dental hygiene and current AHPRA registration.
Has strong clinical skills in preventive dental care and periodontal maintenance.
Communicates effectively and enjoys building relationships with patients.
Takes a patient-centred approach to oral health education and treatment.
Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Is available to work Saturdays.
