You will lead disease surveillance, enforcement of livestock legislation, and contribute to emergency preparedness, traceability, and auditing across the livestock sector.
You will work in a flexible, hybrid role (Leongatha or Ellinbank) and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including police, saleyards, and industry bodies.
