About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our Cringila branch in a dual role supporting both the front counter and warehouse.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable engaging with customers and handling physical warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Counter Duties:
Serve customers with a positive, helpful attitude
Answer phone enquiries and assist with product queries
Restock shelves and maintain a tidy shopfront
Warehouse Duties:
Receive and unpack incoming stock
Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
Deliveries
About you:
Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
Physically fit and capable of manual handling




Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Forklift license (Not essential but willing to obtain one)
Driver's License.
Experience in a similar retail or warehouse environment would be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
