Retail Manager
to join the team and share our passion!
In this role, you'll lead the charge in driving restaurant success through outstanding operations, top-tier sales, and inspiring team leadership.

You've got a proven track record of motivating teams and delivering results in rapid-paced environments.
Leadership experience is a plus,

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and team performance
Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations
Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards
Lead, train, and support a small team of staff
Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in retail or food services
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
Solid knowledge of inventory and operations management
Passion for customer service and team development
Multilingual abilities are a bonus, as we serve a diverse community
Requirements
Full Australian work rights – Citizens, Permanent Residents, or unrestricted visa holders only
Diploma or higher qualification in Retail, Business, or Hospitality Management (preferred)
Willingness to work long-term in a regional area
