The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead our Upper Extremities business across South Australia and Western Australia.
You will lead a team of six sales and clinical professionals, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, developing your people and strengthening relationships with orthopaedic surgeons across both markets.
With SA one of our fastest-growing regions and further opportunity across WA, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the next stage of growth for the business.
About Upper Extremities
Stryker's Upper Extremities business provides innovative orthopaedic solutions supporting the treatment of shoulder and upper limb conditions.
It is an exciting and fast-growing area of our business,



with new technology and continued innovation creating significant opportunities for growth.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and clinical team across SA & WA.
Deliver regional revenue, growth and market share objectives.
Build strong partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
Drive sales strategy, customer engagement and adoption of new technology.
Develop a connected, high-performance culture across both states.
Identify and execute opportunities to accelerate regional growth.
What You Will Need
Proven success in medical device, orthopaedic or healthcare sales.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales growth and targets.
Ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel regularly across SA & WA, with a valid Australian driver's licence.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience within Upper Extremities, orthopaedics or implantable medical devices.
Experience working with orthopaedic surgeons and operating theatre teams.




Experience leading teams across multiple territories or geographically dispersed markets.
A track record of developing sales talent and building a strong team culture.
Experience supporting the introduction and adoption of new medical technologies.

Work Flexibility
Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.
Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.
Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field based.
Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
