HSE Advisor – Wind Farm Project - Regional NSW$70–$80 per hour3:1 RosterAccommodation & Meals ProvidedDIDOCasual on going contract We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major renewable energy project located near Mudgee, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale wind farm development, supporting site safety across civil, electrical and construction activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project management, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with all WHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HSE compliance across wind farm construction activities.
Review and implement SWMS, JHAs, risk assessments and safety management plans.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
Monitor high-risk activities, including civil works, lifting operations, working at heights and electrical installations.
Manage incident investigations, hazard reporting and corrective actions.
Support subcontractor management, inductions and compliance with project safety requirements.
About You
Previous HSE Advisor experience within construction, civil infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
Wind farm or large-scale renewable energy project experience highly regarded.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
Solid understanding of WHS legislation, SWMS and high-risk construction activities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with site teams and subcontractors.
Current White Card and driver's licence.
