Key Responsibilities
Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM).
Lead the implementation and configuration of ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
Oversee platform customization using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, performance optimization, and platform governance.
Review technical designs, development deliverables, and code quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to drive ITSM transformation.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Technical Skills




Solid experience in ServiceNow architecture and ITSM implementations.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and third-party system integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, platform security, access controls, and performance optimization.
Experience with solution design, technical documentation, and architectural governance.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
