What We Are Looking For
Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, environmental management or a closely related discipline, together with substantial relevant professional experience
Significant experience leading the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure and capital works programs
Demonstrated experience in project and program management, procurement, construction delivery and contract administration
Solid technical understanding of civil infrastructure planning, design, construction and asset handover
Demonstrated financial management experience, including significant capital budgets,



forecasting and performance reporting
Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams delivering technical, project, operational and environmental services
Demonstrated ability to identify and manage project, commercial, operational, environmental and WHS risks
Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, stakeholder engagement and decision-making capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality reports, briefings and recommendations
Demonstrated understanding of governance, probity, accountability and risk management requirements in a public-sector or similarly regulated environment
Current Class C Driver Licence
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
