About the Role: We are seeking an experienced THQ Concierge, Location – THQ Redfern for a Permanent opportunity.
Purpose of the Role: The THQ Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and secure environment at The Salvation Army's Territorial Headquarters in Redfern.
The role manages reception and foyer operations, provides exceptional visitor support, assists people seeking welfare or pastoral assistance, and delivers administrative support to the Property Department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provide professional front desk, reception, and building administration support,



ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
Assist visitors with enquiries and connect them to appropriate welfare, pastoral, or organisational services.
