What you'll be doing: This is more than a reporting role.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence commercial outcomes,



and drive improvements that enhance the way we plan, analyse and manage performance across the business.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the ANZ business Develop and maintain driver-based financial models covering revenue, expenses and headcount Deliver monthly management reporting and provide meaningful insights into business performance Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, helping leaders make informed decisions Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to translate financial data into actionable recommendations Drive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements, including leveraging Power BI and other analytical tools Support governance, financial controls and compliance with Zurich standards Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to deliver planning and reporting requirement What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey: We're looking for a commercially minded finance qualified who enjoys turning data into insights and partnering with the business to drive results.
CA or CPA qualification 5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP
