THE ROLE
The ICT Project Coordinator plays a key role in the Strategy and Analytics team, providing support across ICT projects designed to deliver system processes aligned with the Social services Regulator (SSR) strategic direction and operational service delivery priorities.
Under the support and direction of the Strategy and Analytics Manager, the ICT Project Coordinator will assist with coordination of ICT projects, change management, writing technical requirements documents, workflows, processes and procedures.
The SSR uses a risk-based intelligence led approach to protect the safety and rights of children, young people and adults experiencing vulnerability.
Applicants should have robust written skills, an ability to apply big picture strategic thinking to detailed project task allocation, requirements gathering, sound time management skills, and be highly cooperative.
We are looking for someone who can:
* be the liaison between the ICT project team and project subject matter experts throughout the project life cycle, from project mobilisation, post implementation, maintenance and performance improvement.
* assist with ICT level one support queries and ad-hoc testing of SSR applications
* assist the Strategy and Analytics Manager monitor project team's performance and provide updates to project stakeholders




foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
* distil key information and can apply sound knowledge of departmental programs and services to identify issues of significance and opportunities for improvement
* coordinate training for SSR ICT systems
