TAL, a leading life insurer, is seeking a Claims Consultant for the AWARE fund in Sydney. This permanent, full time role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and two from home, and focuses on end-to-end group life claims handling for TPD, death and terminal illness.
You will review medical, financial and legal evidence, communicate empathetically with claimants and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policy terms and industry standards.
