About the role As the Food Relief Operations Manager,



this is your opportunity to lead the operational delivery of The Salvation Army's Hope Markets across the Norwest Region.
You will oversee the regional food supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics network, volunteer workforce, and community food programs to ensure the secure, efficient, and equitable distribution of food assistance.
Reporting to the Corps Officer, this is a full-time, maximum term role for 12 months based in Norwest NSW.
This role is classified under the SCHADS Award Level 4.
How you will make an impact Lead and coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, centralised hamper production, and regional distribution logistics.
Build and maintain partnerships with supermarkets, Foodbank, donors, and community organisations to ensure sustainable food supply outcomes.
Recruit, lead, train, and support a volunteer workforce across Hope Market locations throughout the Norwest Region.
Ensure compliance with food safety, transport, warehouse operations, vehicle maintenance, and Work Health
