A leading national Australian law firm is expanding its Sydney
Commercial Disputes & Insolvency
team.
They are currently looking for a
Lawyer or Associate with 2-4 years' PAE
to join their highly regarded practice.
The Opportunity
Working closely with an experienced partner, you will act for a sophisticated client base including
major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals
and
corporate entities
.
The role will provide exposure to a broad range of complex matters, including:
Financial services recoveries and enforcement
Commercial disputes and litigation
Insolvency and restructuring
Recovery proceedings and enforcement action.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
2-4 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial practice
Experience across
recoveries, commercial disputes, litigation and/or insolvency
A genuine interest in financial services recoveries, insolvency and disputes
Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
A collaborative approach and robust commitment to client service.
