The Role
Underwrite new business, renewals and policy amendments.
Manage portfolio performance and support profitable growth.
Build and maintain strong broker relationships.
Identify recent business opportunities and deliver excellent service.
Ensure underwriting decisions meet internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
About You
Minimum two years' experience in underwriting or a similar insurance role.
Strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail.
Confident building broker relationships and managing priorities independently.
