My client is an independent, Australian-owned firm with a national platform and a robust reputation in mid-market M&A.; Their Brisbane corporate practice is busy and growing, and they're adding a Lawyer or Associate to the team.
About the role
You'll work closely with partners on a steady flow of transactional work, including:
private M&A;, acting for buyers and sellers
joint ventures, restructures and investments
general corporate advisory and transaction documents
This isn't a firm where juniors sit on the sidelines. You'll be trusted to run matters with real autonomy and help develop the lawyers coming up behind you.
About you
2–5 years' PAE in corporate or M&A; (more senior applicants also welcome)
Mid-market transaction experience from a mid-tier or top-tier firm
Confident in due diligence and drafting transaction documents
Motivated to specialise and build a career in M&A;
