Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the secure, efficient and reliable operation of InfraBuild Recycling's non-ferrous department in Wacol. You will lead day-to-day activities to achieve production targets, maintain high service standards and ensure operational issues are promptly addressed with effective corrective actions implemented across safety, quality, equipment and customer service.
Working closely with the broader team, you will support site scheduling, coordinate daily priorities and communicate clear expectations around customer service, production performance, inventory management, quality standards and plant maintenance to drive continuous improvement and operational success.
What you will be doing:
Lead and guide the non ferrous operations team to achieve production targets
Implement and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Implement and uphold rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the production of high-quality non ferrous products
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously enhance product quality
Optimise supply chain processes to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
Generate regular reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Conduct data analysis to drive informed decision making in ferrous operations

What you will bring:
Proven experience in a hands on leadership role within a similar industry
Knowledge of non ferrous materials, production processes, and quality control (desired)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Working in and managing a multi disciplined workforce
Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe working environment
