In this role, you'll:
Develop compelling narratives and communication materials that position Transport products and services for successful adoption.
Deliver targeted messaging, training and reference materials in a complex, multi-stakeholder product setting.
Support annual campaign budget briefings by preparing clear, strategic materials that enable informed planning and decision-making.
Collaborate across teams to strengthen go-to-market readiness and support positive customer and stakeholder outcomes.
You have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in communications, change management or a related field.
You're recognised as a compelling storyteller, skilled at translating complex concepts into clear customer value propositions.




You bring experience in go-to-market communications and cross-functional collaboration to achieve cohesive product launches and adoption.
You can turn customer and product data into meaningful stories that help stakeholders understand customer needs, product value and opportunities for growth.
Location
This role can be based from the Parramatta or Sydney CBD Office with hybrid working arrangements.
