About the role:
Managing and running a broad range of
litigation and dispute resolution matters
Acting in proceedings across the
NSW Courts and Federal Courts
Advising on commercial disputes, insolvency, insurance and building & construction matters
Preparing pleadings, evidence, submissions and other court documents
Managing matters from initial instructions through to resolution
Appearing in court and working closely with counsel, experts and clients
Potential exposure to disputes before the
NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)
The ideal candidate:
Associate
to
Senior Associate
level, approximately
3-10 years' QPE
, with
Special Counsel
level candidates also considered




Predominantly experienced in litigation and dispute resolution
Strong knowledge of the practice and procedure of the NSW and Federal Courts
Hands-on experience managing and running litigation matters
Experience across insolvency, insurance, building & construction, general or commercial litigation will be highly regarded
NCAT experience will also be viewed favourably
