Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Azure Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Engineer
to provide deep technical expertise across Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud, identity, networking, and Windows Server technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‐on experience with
Azure Local / Azure Stack technologies
, complemented by infrastructure expertise supporting
SAP on Azure
, Microsoft identity platforms, Azure networking, Windows Server, automation, migration, and virtualization.
This role requires a broad infrastructure background with the ability to design,



implement, troubleshoot, and optimize complex cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, support, and troubleshoot
Azure Local, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Stack Hub, and hybrid Azure environments
.
Support infrastructure architecture and technical requirements for
SAP workloads running on Azure
.
Design and manage enterprise identity infrastructure, including
Active Directory, ADFS, ADCS, PKI, and Certificate Services
.
Implement and support
Microsoft Entra ID
solutions, including:
Users, groups, and hybrid identity
Conditional Access
AD Connect
MFA and strong authentication
Identity Governance
Verified ID
External ID / B2B / B2C
Enterprise Applications and SSO
Microsoft Entra Suite, including Private and Internet Access
Design, implement, and troubleshoot traditional and Azure networking solutions.
Administer and troubleshoot
Windows Server infrastructure
, including security, file services, Failover Clustering, and WSUS.
Support
Windows 11 and Windows Client
environments with a focus on security and enterprise integration.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using
Azure Management and Automation, Bicep, and Terraform
.
Support virtual desktop, virtualization, migration, hybrid management, and disaster recovery technologies including
Azure Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, Azure VMware Solution, Azure Migrate, Azure Arc, and Site Recovery
.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and recommend scalable solutions.
The strongest candidate will bring a
hybrid infrastructure mindset rather than purely cloud-native experience
, paired with strong customer‐facing consulting and delivery capabilities. They should be comfortable working across on‐premises Windows infrastructure, Azure, hybrid cloud, identity, networking,



virtualization, migration, and infrastructure automation.
Beyond deep technical expertise, the candidate should be an
experienced technical consultant
with a proven ability to scope, lead, and deliver architecture assessments, design and review engagements, solution optimization, technical workshops, and structured multi‐day customer engagements. They should be skilled at translating complex customer requirements into actionable technical solutions and confidently communicating recommendations, risks, and next steps to both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience delivering
Azure Local, Azure infrastructure, migration and modernization, and hybrid cloud engagements
is strongly preferred.
Strong technical consulting and customer‐facing delivery skills
Proven ability to lead deep‐dive technical workshops and structured multi‐day engagements
Ability to assess customer environments, identify gaps, and translate findings into clear technical recommendations and next steps
Enterprise and Azure networking expertise
Solid Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure foundation
Infrastructure‐as‐Code and automation capabilities
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
