About the Position:
This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing tax practice,



taking personal ownership of matters and transaction workstreams.
Take personal ownership of complex matters, develop client relationships and work directly with esteemed Partners
advise on tax structuring and implementation for M&A;, divestments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
Assist with rulings, clearances and engagement with revenue authorities
Advise on tax clauses and risk allocation for a range of transaction and financing documents
About you:
2 to 8 years post admission experience of Australian taxation law, gained in a leading law or skilled services firm.
Confidence working directly with clients and other advisers
Strong experience in advisory and transactional tax
