NOAHS on the beach is seeking a friendly and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. You will be based at our venue in Newcastle NSW, working flexible casual hours that suit your availability. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming guests to the venue with a warm and professional manner
Taking food and beverage orders from customers and processing them accurately
Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously to patrons
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of tables, bars and dining areas throughout service periods
Restocking bar supplies, glassware, cutlery and other service essentials
Clearing and resetting tables between seatings
Assisting with cash handling and processing payments using point-of-sale systems
Following health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
Supporting the team during busy periods and responding to guest requests with professionalism
Providing recommendations on menu items and beverages when requested
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Responsible attitude towards health, safety and hygiene practices
