Fremantle Media in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Technical Operations team for day-to-day IT support across corporate, production and post‐production environments. This is a 6-month fixed‐term, full time role based in our office.
You will handle user accounts, device management, hardware deployment and first‐level support, supporting Windows and Apple ecosystems, with a focus on onboarding, access changes, troubleshooting and equipment recovery.
