Optus Enterprise in Sydney is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist, AusAlert, to own Tier 3 support for AusAlert CBC and related messaging platforms. You will lead fault investigations, coordinate vendor escalations and drive restoration activities across multiple network interfaces.
You will work with testing, integration and production cutovers for recent software and hardware, while ensuring security, documentation and operational readiness.
