Positive experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS
Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft)
Good Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes
Experience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities
Experience with Continuous Performance Management and knowledge in 360 Degree multi rater templates




Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities(through SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
Experience in Successfactors Integration Center
Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
