We are seeking an experienced and driven
CTP Practice Leader / Senior Lawyer
to lead our established motor vehicle accident practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior practitioner looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth and success of a highly regarded personal injury law firm.
About the Role
As Practice Leader, you will provide leadership, strategic direction and technical expertise to a team of lawyers and support staff specialising in motor accident claims.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of the practice, mentor and develop team members, and drive outstanding client outcomes. You will also have the prospect to maintain a manageable personal caseload of complex matters and continue developing your own professional profile.
This role offers a genuine leadership opportunity with the support of a collaborative management team and well-established operational systems.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 8 years PAE in personal injury law, with substantial experience in NSW CTP claims
Strong technical expertise across the
Motor Accident Injuries Act
and associated legislation
Proven experience managing litigated motor accident matters through to resolution




Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
Experience mentoring, supervising and developing lawyers and legal support staff
Strong organisational and strategic planning skills
The ability to drive performance, productivity and positive client outcomes
Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to the growth of the practice
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A strong commitment to client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for injured clients
Accredited Specialist status in Personal Injury Law will be highly regarded.
