Binna Burra Lodge is seeking a Hotel Service Manager to lead and coordinate hotel service operations across our Beechmont, Queensland resort. The role focuses on delivering exceptional accommodation and guest services while expanding operations following the lodge's reopening.
You will supervise staff, manage rostering, monitor room and public area standards, and collaborate with Reception, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
