We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong track record delivering projects within the
Education
sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive a critical discovery and evaluation initiative focused on identifying and selecting a future-state software platform within a complex university environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating university governance frameworks, engaging diverse stakeholder groups, and managing politically sensitive environments while delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a discovery and evaluation project for software platform selection
Engage with incumbent vendors, shortlisted providers, and emerging market entrants




Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder consultations
Assess software solutions against business, technical, and operational requirements
Develop comprehensive evaluation reports, recommendations, and executive-level documentation
Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting
Build solid relationships across academic, administrative, and operational stakeholder groups
What We're Looking For
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and reporting skills
Highly Regarded
Experience evaluating
clinical software platforms
or healthcare-related technology solutions
Exposure to clinical environments, clinical administration teams, or health faculties
Experience producing formal business cases, evaluation reports, and vendor recommendations
