THE ROLE
As an Entry-Level Sales representative, you'll work face-to-face with members of the public, representing established organisations and helping build awareness and support for their work.
You'll be trained in:
Sales communication & influence
Objection handling
Goal-setting & performance habits
Leadership & team development pathways
No two days are the same. You'll be out in the community, having conversations,



meeting people from different backgrounds and learning how to communicate confidently in a professional environment.
You'll receive
paid training from day one
, alongside ongoing coaching and support from experienced team members. We'll help you learn the fundamentals of face-to-face sales, develop your communication skills and build confidence through real-world experience.
No previous sales experience is required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Paid training from day one
$36–$47 per hour plus uncapped weekly commissions
OTE of $130K+
Ongoing coaching and support from experienced mentors
