We are seeking an experienced
HCM PMO Lead
to drive the Program Management Office function for a large-scale technology-enabled transformation program. This is a high-profile prospect to work with senior executives and lead governance, reporting, planning, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and PMO operations through to

Macquarie Park, NSW ( Hybrid )
Rate:
$1,200 - $1,250 + Super per day
Contract:
Until 30 June **** (possible extension)
Hours:
40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
the day-to-day activities of the
PMO team
.
Provide strategic and
tactical PMO advice to senior program leadership.
Implement and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
Drive governance, reporting, scheduling, quality management, risk and issue management frameworks.
Manage program reporting and executive communications.
Oversee




PMO services and support successful program delivery
.
Lead quality assurance processes and work closely with independent assurance providers.
Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation for key stakeholders.
Primary Skill
5+ years' experience leading a PMO within a large, multi-year technology
transformation program.
Experience managing teams comprising employees, contractors, and third-party vendors.
Strong program governance, planning, reporting, risk, and quality management expertise.
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Strong Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365 experience.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
Experience within Government or a highly regulated environment will be advantageous.
