The role involves being the go-to contact for business partners, tracking consignments, and providing clear answers to customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
Being the go-to contact for our Business Partners
Tracking consignments and giving customers and our partners clear answers
Working closely with our drivers for delivery information
Helping customers and making their day easier
Supporting a friendly, hands-on operations team
About you
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Transport or logistics experience is a big plus, but if you're a quick learner with strong customer service skills, we'll teach you the rest
