to lead one of our flagship operations in Melbourne's thriving Essendon Fields automotive precinct.

The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, providing leadership across Sales, Service, Parts, Finance & Insurance, Administration and Customer Experience functions.
You will lead from the front, building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability.




Key responsibilities include:
Driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
Leading, coaching and developing department managers and future leaders
Building a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance
Identifying growth opportunities across all profit centres
Monitoring operational efficiencies and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with OEMs, suppliers and business partners
Delivering exceptional customer experience outcomes
Ensuring compliance, governance and operational standards are consistently maintained
